Quick and yummy oat and banana cookies

minutesOats are regular on my breakfast menu. When I don’t make oatmeal, I like to mix rolled oats with bananas and add my favourite spices & nuts to make delicious cookies.
1 large overripe banana
1 cup* of oat flakes, rolled
A handful of chopped walnuts
Grounded cinnamon
Few cardamom seeds, mashed
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients until you get a sticky mixture which you can easily roll into balls. Bake the cookies at 200C around 20 minutes, until they get a golden crust. The cookie balls will be crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside.
